At TLC Bison all of our Bison are raised hormone-free, steroid-free and drug-free. We feed our animals grass, grain and natural mineral supplements.
Bison meat is a "Heart Smart" meat which means it is low in fat, calories and cholesterol. Bison meat also has a higher level of zinc and iron than other red meats. Bison is a healthier and more nutritious alternative than other red meat products.
